Creates a PredicateSpecification that tests whether a native collection column does not contain a given element. Use this for properties mapped with @JdbcTypeCode(SqlTypes.ARRAY) and typed as Collection.

A PredicateSpecification that tests whether the element is not contained in the native collection column.
